Electrical Supervisor (Electrician)

We're searching for an experienced Hands-On Electrical Supervisor to lead our electrical team from our Maddington Workshop, with occasional site travel to support projects across Western Australia.

As our Electrical Supervisor, you'll play a key role in keeping our operations running safely and efficiently by:

• Leading and performing hands-on electrical maintenance, repairs, fault finding, and installations across fixed and mobile plant

• Working directly on crushers, screens, conveyors, hydraulic systems, and heavy earthmoving equipment

• Providing technical leadership, mentoring, and support to our electrical team, including apprentices

• Supporting site breakdowns, commissioning, and project work when required, getting involved on the tools to keep equipment operational

• Ensuring all work complies with mine site standards, legislation, and company procedures

• Building strong relationships with site managers, clients, and stakeholders

• Maintaining accurate documentation and high workshop standards

• Progressing into, or acting as, the Company's Electrical Nominee

We're looking for someone with strong technical expertise and proven leadership, including:

• Nationally recognised Electrical Trade Certificate

• Current WA Electrical Licence

• Electrical Nominee Licence (highly regarded)

• Current First Aid and CPR/LVR certificates

• Experience with PLC systems

• Crushing and screening industry experience

• AutoCAD experience (preferred)

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement

• Willingness to travel to project sites when required
