Pay: AU$90,000.00 – AU$100,000.00 per year

Job description:

Aussie Switchboards is looking for a seasoned and experienced Account Manager to join our team at our Molendinar facility.

This role will be a rewarding full time position, managing our Electrical Wholesaler customers, including general customer retention, relationship building, and order management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with electrical wholesalers across Australia, including in person visits

• Act as the primary point of contact for wholesaler accounts.

• Provide ongoing support, ensuring wholesalers have confidence in product knowledge and supply reliability.

• Drive sales growth through wholesaler channels

• Identify new wholesaler opportunities and expand market reach.

• Maintain wholesaler directory, performance and relevant discount records

• Provide regular reports on wholesaler sales performance and market trends.

• Contribute to strategic planning by identifying growth opportunities in wholesaler channels.

• Benchmark against competitors to maintain a competitive edge.

Minimum Experience Required

• 1-2 yrs in wholesaler/electrical manufacturing industry preferred but not required

• 1-2 yrs sales experience

• excellent communication and organisational skills

• proven examples of problem solving
