Recruitment Consultant

We’re on the lookout for a proactive, motivated and driven Recruitment Consultant to join a National Recruitment Agency in the South Perth branch. 

From day one, you will hit the ground running, covering Temp Trades recruitment across Manufacturing & Mining, including Mechanical Fitters, Electricians, Boilermakers and TA's. 

This is a genuine opportunity to join a successful team with a strong pipeline of work to keep you busy and motivated. 

Duties & Responsibilities: 

As a recruiter, you can expect that no two days are the same, with your key responsibilities including but not limited to, 

• Proactively source and identify suitable candidates across the Mining and Industrial sectors
• Working closely with the Account Manager to create specific talent pools across the trades sector including Mechanical Fitters, Electricians, Boilermakers and Trades Assistants 
• Active record keeping and administrative tasks
• Build strong, lasting relationships with both candidates and clients.
• Attend on-site meetings, including tool-box talks and inductions

About you: 
Above all we are looking for a resilient and motivated individual, with the confidence to be proactive in a service driven environment. We are looking for,  

• Previous experience in a Recruitment capacity, ideally across Trades, Construction or Industrial
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage priorities 
• Resilience, initiative, and a proactive approach in a fast-moving environment.
• Great work ethic and ability to work in a team environment
• Flexibility in terms of travel required to other offices and on-site meetings
