SUPERVISOR TAX & SMSF ACCOUNTANT  – SOUTHERN SYDNEY – BOUTIQUE CA FIRM (JOB ID 950)

The firm has built a strong reputation for its technical expertise, modern systems and collaborative culture, servicing a high-quality portfolio of private and business clients across a broad range of industries. 

The Role: 

• Supervise SMSF, tax and business services work across a client portfolio  

• Review financial statements, SMSF reports and tax returns  

• Provide technical SMSF and tax guidance to junior staff  

• Act as a key client contact for SMSF and advisory matters  

• Oversee workflow, deadlines and quality control processes  

• Mentor and support junior accountants  

• Work closely with senior leadership on technical and operational matters  

About You: 

• 7+ years’ Australian public practice experience  

• Strong SMSF technical expertise essential  

• Solid background in tax and business services  

• CA or CPA qualified (essential)  

• Experience reviewing and supervising work  

• Confident client-facing and leadership capability  

• Strong communication and organisational skills
