Are you an experienced Business Development Manager who wants to make a real difference while driving commercial success? We're seeking a strategic relationship builder to help write our next chapter in the financial advice & employer sectors.

About the role:

As a key member of our Business Development team, you'll leverage your deep industry knowledge to:

• Build and nurture relationships with financial advisers and licensees
• Drive the distribution & growth of HESTA's superannuation products and services
• Work strategically with our Business Growth team to convert employer opportunities
• Contribute to member-focused initiatives alongside our Member Engagement team

About You:

• Proven track record in business development within financial services, ideally within superannuation
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and demonstrated ability to overcome market challenges
• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
• RG 146 certified
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle required
