Sales Executive - Equipment, Parts & Services

About the role

Minprovise is looking for a driven and commercially minded Sales Executive to join our team and help grow our business across the mining and resources sector.

This is a hands-on sales role focused on new business development, existing client relationships and growing revenue across equipment, parts and services.
You will be out in the market talking to customers, visiting sites, identifying opportunities and developing relationships that turn into real business.

What you’ll be doing:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the mining and resources sectors.
Sell new equipment, machinery, parts and services to existing and new customers.
Identify customer requirements and develop practical commercial solutions.
Manage sales opportunities from initial contact through to quotation, negotiation and close.
Conduct regular customer meetings, site visits and business development activities.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve agreed sales targets.
Work closely with internal teams, suppliers and manufacturers to deliver the right solutions for customers.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and grow revenue across Minprovise’s equipment, parts and service offerings.

About you:

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, commercially driven and confident dealing with customers.
You will ideally have:

Previous experience in sales, business development or account management.
Experience in mining, resources, engineering, equipment or a related industry.
A proven ability to develop relationships and generate new business.
Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
A genuine sales mindset and the drive to win business.
The ability to work independently, manage your pipeline and follow opportunities through.
A current Australian Driver’s Licence.
