Expressions of Interest – Offshore Drilling Supervisor / Company Man (Jack-up & Floater Projects)

Zenith Energy is seeking expressions of interest from experienced Offshore Drilling Supervisors / Company Men for upcoming offshore drilling campaigns across Australia. With future projects anticipated across various basins, including Jack-up and Semi-submersible (Floater) operations, we're building our pool of qualified and field-ready supervisors to meet upcoming client demand.

This is not a live role but an opportunity to express interest and be considered as new scopes are awarded.

About the Opportunity

Future campaigns may involve a range of offshore drilling activities including exploration, appraisal, and development wells across Australia’s shelf and deepwater regions.

Responsibilities typically include:

• Supervising offshore drilling operations on Jack-up and/or Floater rigs
  

• Ensuring safe and efficient execution of the drilling program
  

• Leading rig-based personnel and managing service providers
  

• HSE assurance and incident reporting
  

• Daily reporting and logistics coordination with onshore teams
  

• Compliance with operator standards and Australian offshore regulations
  

Who We’re Looking For

• 10+ years’ offshore drilling experience, with recent time in a Supervisor / Company Man role
  

• Experience working on Jack-up and/or Semi-sub rigs essential
  

• Current IWCF (Well Control – Supervisory Level)
  

• In-depth understanding of Australian offshore regulations and operating environments (e.g., NOPSEMA, EPs, WOMS)
  

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and contractor management skills
  

• Ability to work FIFO from any major capital city in Australia
