About the role
We are looking for a reliable Maintenance Roofer to join our growing team. You will inspect, repair, and replace roof tiles on residential and commercial properties, working safely at heights and ensuring all work meets building codes.
Key responsibilities
Inspect, repair, and replace roof tiles (concrete, terracotta, and slate)
Repair and replace metal sheeting, flashings, and caps
Diagnose and fix roof leaks accurately
Re-bed and re-point ridge cappings
Install flashings (valley, apron, step, chimney) and seal penetrations, vents, and skylights
Work safely at heights and ensure all work meets building codes
Communicate clearly and politely with clients and team members
About you
Valid Driver's Licence
White Card (General Construction Induction)
Proven experience in tile and metal roof maintenance
Strong skills in leak diagnosis and general roof repairs
Ability to work safely and efficiently at heights
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail and pride in your work
