MR Labourer / Delivery Driver – High-End Residential Construction Padstow | Sydney-Wide Sites | Casual to Permanent

We are currently looking for a reliable and motivated Labourer with an MR Licence to join a well-established high-end residential joinery and construction company.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for long-term work, career progression and the chance to develop their skills across both factory and construction sites.

The Role You will be based out of the company's Padstow factory, assisting with joinery deliveries and supporting the site teams across Sydney. You’ll work alongside experienced joiners, carpenters and formworkers on high-end residential projects.

Duties will include:

• Driving an MR vehicle to deliver joinery and materials to sites
• Loading and unloading materials and joinery
• Assisting with deliveries across Sydney
• General labouring and site clean-up
• Assisting joiners, carpenters and formworkers on site
• Moving materials and preparing work areas
• Supporting the team with general construction duties
• Maintaining a safe, clean and organised work environment

What We're Looking For

• Current MR Licence – essential
• Construction or labouring experience preferred
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
• Willing to learn and take on additional responsibilities
• Comfortable working across both factory and construction sites
• Good attitude and professional approach
