Business Analyst

• 8-10 years of experience with strong Business Analysis skillset including requirement gathering, gap/impact analysis, and preparing high‑quality requirement documents (BRD/FRD/Jira).
  

·         The role requires strong expertise in SQL, along with exposure to the Banking domain and willing to learn BA activities (User story creation, etc). Java and Credit Risk domain are optional skills

• Excellent stakeholder management, able to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and drive clarity in requirements.
  
• Works effectively as an individual contributor, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  
• Understanding of financial products, Credit and Market risk domain data flows and Market data
  
• Strong SQL proficiency with ability to perform detailed data analysis and validation across complex systems.
  
• Experience working with upstream and downstream system landscapes, ensuring accurate data flow and impact assessment.
  
• Proven ownership of end‑to‑end release and change management activities.
