Warranty Co-ordinator

CJD Equipment are seeking a Warranty Co-ordinator to join their Guildford WA, Head Office.

CJD Equipment represent world-class brands such as Volvo Construction Equipment, Kenworth, DAF, Isuzu and Fuso and operate an expansive branch network with over 20 branches across Australia.

This exciting role will be reporting to the Uptime Support Manager, and your primary responsibilities will be to coordinate and submit warranty claims from across a motivated service team located in branches across Australia.

This is a fix term to cover Maternity Leave - 12-month contract, possibility for extension

About You:

• You may have already gained extensive experience in Warranty processing, or you could be an up-and-coming Service Administrator or Coordinator looking for the next step in your career.

• Understand the importance of excellent customer service skills.

• Passionate and always engaging with a professional approach.

• Ability to lead by example.

• Strong process and procedural skills supported by an outstanding eye for detail.

• Demonstrated commitment to maintaining high levels of achievement.

• Strong ability to successfully collaborate with stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to create and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
