The Role: 

• Leading sophisticated tax, business advisory, restructuring and strategic growth engagements  

• Advising on complex business, investment and wealth structures across SME and high-net-worth clients  

• Acting as a trusted strategic advisor to business owners, family groups and key stakeholders  

• Mentoring and developing senior advisory professionals and emerging leaders  

• Driving technical excellence, quality assurance, and advisory best practice across the division  

• Building referral networks and contributing to strategic growth and business development initiatives  

• Influencing succession planning, operational strategy, and long-term firm direction  

• Strengthening key client relationships while expanding advisory opportunities across the client base  

About You: 

• CA or CPA qualification  

• 8+ years’ experience within Big 4, mid-tier or highly regarded boutique public practice firms  

• Advanced expertise across tax advisory, structuring, business advisory and commercial consulting  

• Proven leadership capability managing sophisticated client portfolios and mentoring high-performing teams  

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build trusted long-term relationships  

• Strategic mindset with a genuine interest in leadership, growth, and future equity participation  

• A collaborative leadership style aligned with progressive, client-focused advisory environments
