Warehouse Supervisor- PM Shift

Amer Sports is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor (PM Shift of 11:30am until 8pm) at our new warehouse in Cranbourne West. The role is responsible for leading PM shift operations across inbound processing, replenishment execution and outbound fulfilment activities.

Your Role:

Lead PM warehouse operations and achieve service, productivity and safety targetsCoach and develop Team Leads and warehouse teamsAllocate labour and resources to meet operational demandMonitor shift performance and implement corrective actions where requiredEnsure replenishment activities are completed to support fulfilment requirementsMaintain compliance with company policies and WHS requirementsSupport continuous improvement initiatives and operational projects

Skills & Experience:

Demonstrated experience leading warehouse operations within a high-volume distribution, logistics, retail, or multi-channel fulfilment environmentProven experience leading operational teams and frontline leaders, with a demonstrated ability to build capability, drive accountability, and develop a high-performance cultureStrong expertise in operational execution across inbound, replenishment, fulfilment, inventory flow, and labour management activities within a fast-paced distribution environmentExperience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and operational reporting tools to manage service, productivity, and customer outcomesDemonstrated leadership style that promotes safety, engagement, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, while positively influencing culture and leading change.
