We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract! As a Senior Marketing Campaign Specialist, you'll lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels. You'll translate customer insights and business objectives into compelling go-to-market strategies that drive customer engagement, transactions, and brand performance.

What you'll be doing

• Lead end-to-end campaign planning and delivery across paid and owned marketing channels.
• Develop go-to-market strategies that align to campaign objectives, customer insights and business priorities.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and agency partners to deliver integrated campaign outcomes.
• Provide clear direction and feedback to creative and media agencies to ensure high-quality campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reviews, identifying actionable insights and recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimise processes, planning and campaign effectiveness.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and in line with legal and brand requirements.

To be successful in this role you'll have:

• 5+ years' experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of campaign planning, execution and performance measurement.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
• Experience managing external agencies and strategic partnerships.
• Strong commercial acumen and an ability to translate insights into action.
• Exceptional project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Clear communication, presentation and decision-making capabilities.
• A curious mindset and passion for continuous improvement
