Who we areSpace to Grow is a paediatric and adult Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy clinic based in Forest Lake, and one of only a handful of dedicated allied health therapy services in the area.We work with children, young people and adults across neurological, behavioural and developmental needs. Our approach is neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based and play-based, with a focus on creating a safe space for children and their families to grow.We're also a small, close-knit team, and we want to keep it that way as we grow.You'll know the people you work with. Your ideas will be heard. You'll have genuine input into how we do things. What makes us different?Consistent Mentorship. You'll receive consistent supervision from a clinician with 20+ years' experience. Whether you're a new grad finding your feet or 1–2 years in and ready for more autonomy, you'll have someone in your corner.We protect your time. One hour of protected admin time every Friday afternoon, plus billable time built in for notes and planning.You choose how you work. Full-time, part-time, casual, or sub-contract with an attractive percentage split, whatever suits your life right now.Well-resourced clinic, easy days. Furnished and fully equipped therapy rooms, parking out front, and a bakery next door for the days that require emergency pastries. The role:Comprehensive OT assessment and ongoing therapyWorking collaboratively with families and our multidisciplinary teamClinic, home, school and daycare visitsRegular supervision and mentoring built into your workDeveloping a caseload that reflects your interests and strengthsGenuine input into how our services evolve as Space to Grow continues to grow What we offer:Salary $80,000–$130,000 + super, depending on experience and negotiable for the right personSign-on bonus, paid half on commencement and half after probationRelocation assistance for the right interstate or out-of-area candidateSub-contractor option with an attractive percentage split, if that suits you better$1,500 annual PD budget + dedicated PD leave days (full-time)Performance bonus: meet and exceed your KPIs and share the upside as cash, extra leave, or gift cards, your choiceA paid day off for your birthdayKilometre reimbursement for home, daycare and school visitsAutonomy over your calendar and your caseload Who you are:A qualified, AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist, ideally 1–2 years' experience — new grads warmly encouraged, we'll support you properlyBelieves in strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming practiceOrganised, communicative, and comfortable working across clinic, home and community settingsIs looking for somewhere they can grow with, not just their next job Ready to join us?Send your CV to jesrin@spacetogrow.au.
