Production Print Sales Specialist (QLD)

About the Role

This role is responsible for growing Konica Minolta’s market share of Production and Industrial Print across Queensland by representing our industry-leading portfolio within this market segment. You will utilise your professional sales and account management expertise to achieve and exceed revenue targets through new business development and growth within an existing customer base.

About You

To be successful in this position, your background and skills will ideally include:

• Undertake sales generation activities within an assigned territory to achieve sales revenue targets.
• Understand the complexities of winning new business and solution-based selling.
• Experience in high-value capital equipment sales.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective customers.
• Maintain detailed sales activity and customer information within the CRM system.
• In conjunction with your manager, develop strategic territory plans and provide accurate forecasts to support business planning.
• Develop proficiency in preparing quotations and configuring customer solutions.
• Stay current with competitor activity, industry developments and market trends.

Essential Requirements

• Extensive sales experience, preferably within the Print Industry.
• Strong understanding of key markets within the Print Industry.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets in a comparable role.
• Exceptional presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to monitor performance against deadlines and milestones.
• High levels of integrity, professionalism and credibility.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a geographic territory effectively.
• Current and unrestricted Australian Driver's License.
• Full Australian working rights.
