Childcare Traineeship

Bright Futures Early Learning Centre – Menai is looking for enthusiastic and caring trainees to join our friendly, supportive and dynamic team.

We are a 33-place, family-owned and operated early learning service with a long-standing team of educators and a strong focus on creating a warm, nurturing environment for children, families and staff.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start a rewarding career in Early Childhood Education and Care.

As a trainee, you will:

• Work alongside experienced and supportive educators

• Gain valuable hands-on experience in an early childhood setting

• Complete your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

• Develop practical skills and confidence while you learn

• Build meaningful relationships with children, families and educators

• Be part of a small, welcoming service where you will be supported and valued

Within 12 months, you could have your Certificate III qualification, a year of industry experience and wonderful memories and relationships that will stay with you throughout your career.

No previous experience is necessary. We are looking for someone who has:

• A positive and enthusiastic attitude

• A fun-loving, caring and friendly nature

• A genuine interest in working with children

• A willingness to learn and take direction

• Reliability and a strong work ethic

• The ability to work positively as part of a team

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is keen to learn, grow and make a difference in the lives of young children.
