Operations, Warehouse Control & Online Club Shop Coordinator

Macron Sports Hub Perth is looking for a motivated and hands-on Warehouse & Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, production and fulfilment functions. This is a key role within our business, responsible for ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, inventory is maintained, and products are delivered on time to sporting clubs across Western Australia.

A significant part of the role involves managing the operational fulfilment of our growing network of online club shops. You'll coordinate the complete order journey—from receiving online orders through to production, quality control and dispatch—ensuring club members receive an exceptional customer experience. Working closely with our sales team, you'll help support new club launches and manage seasonal peaks in demand.

You'll also take ownership of warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock control, receiving deliveries, organising warehouse layouts and maintaining a safe, clean and efficient workplace. You'll continually look for ways to improve processes, increase productivity and support the ongoing growth of the business.

This is a varied, fast-paced position that combines warehouse management, production planning and operational coordination. You'll work with customised sports apparel, scheduling garment decoration such as names, numbers, logos and sponsor branding while ensuring all products meet Macron's high quality standards before dispatch.
