A Snapshot of Your Day
This request is for a 6 to 12-month, part-time / full time internship role to provide support across all business areas within the Grid Solutions' Tenders & Projects Asia Pacific team, starting in February 2027 in Sydney/Australia. This opportunity offers collaboration with different groups in Sales, Tendering, Project Execution and Leadership. Given the focus on project support and analysis, the ideal candidate will be a current university student in a relevant discipline such as Engineering or Business. They must demonstrate strong analytical skills, initiative, and the ability to work collaboratively within a technical, project-driven environment.
How You’ll Make An Impact
50% Project & Tender Lifecycle Support
Assist Project and Tender Managers in preparing documentation for grid solution projects and bids.Support the tracking of project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.Help coordinate communication and meetings between engineering, sales, and project management teams.Contribute to the compilation of materials for project reviews and tender submissions.Elevate with Innovation the way we work with including AI into processes and work steps
30% Data Analysis & Reporting
Gather and analyze technical, commercial, or market data to support business decisions.Assist in the creation of reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.Maintain and update internal databases and project information systems with accurate data.
20% Business Operations Support
Provide administrative and operational support for departmental initiatives and meetings.Assist in documenting and improving internal processes within the Tenders & Projects team.Support cross-functional collaboration by facilitating information flow between different departments.Support planning events and customer roadshows
What You Bring
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical), Business, Commerce, or Project Management.Strong academic performance is required.Demonstrated interest in the energy, technology, or infrastructure sectors through coursework, projects, or extracurricular activities.Programming skills, capable to use and work with AI toolsPlease state your internship availability in your resume
