Qualifications & Experience

• Must be qualified as a Certificate 3 OR Diploma

• Applicants actively working towards a Certificate 3 or Diploma can also apply

• A valid Working with Children Check is required before commencement

• 6 months plus experience is preferred

• Not offering sponsorship

Hours & Days

• Days: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday

• Hours: 8.5hrs

  
  

Tasks & responsibilities

• Supervising and engaging with children aged 0-5 years.

• Following a play-based and emergent curriculum which is both teacher and child led.

• Planning fun and engaging activities linking to ELYF and Developmental Milestone outcomes.

• Full cycle observations (only completed 4 times a year).

• Housekeeping tasks.

• Contributing to the services calendar of events which celebrates families and children cultural backgrounds, educational topics like science week, road safety awareness week etc.
