About the role

We are a small metal fabrication shop in Kelmscott focusing on CNC laser cutting and pressing. We are looking for a reliable worker with workshop experience. This is a hands-on, multi-tasking role. You’ll handle various tasks across the shop to keep jobs moving from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Finishing, cleaning, and prepping metal parts for dispatch.

• Loading/unloading materials and general factory upkeep.

• Forklift operation

• Basic maintenance tasks

Desired Criteria:

• Mechanically minded with a "can-do" attitude

• Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting (25kg+)

• Experience with power tools or hand tools.

• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn new processes.

• Current C-Class Driver’s License with reliable transport

• Forklift Ticket preferred

• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

What we offer

• Flexibility - We offer a degree of flexibility regarding working hours and shifts for the right candidate

• Pay - $30 - $35 per hour depending on your background.
