Warehouse - Installer Trainee (Career Pathway Role)

We’re looking for someone who wants to start in the warehouse and grow into a qualified installer as our business continues to expand.

The Role

You’ll typically spend:

• Around 3 days per week managing warehouse operations

• The remainder assisting installers on-site

• Supporting our shade sail manufacturing team when required

You’ll learn our products from the ground up — blinds, awnings and shade sails — while working alongside experienced tradesmen.

This role has a structured development pathway. As capability is demonstrated, you will progressively move into more on-site installation responsibility with the goal of becoming an installer.

Overtime is available, particularly on the installation side, depending on workload.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Receiving and organising stock

• Preparing materials and hardware for jobs

• Maintaining stock control

• Operating forklift (license is essential)

• Maintaining a clean, efficient warehouse

• Assisting installers on residential and commercial projects

• Supporting shade sail manufacturing
