POSITION OVERVIEW:

• Administer our rostering, quoting, intake and support planning for direct services. 

• Support the induction and training process of our fabulous rainbow team of support workers.

• Manage customer and staff enquiries through central phone lines and email inbox.

• Support with administering Rainbow Care’s social media accounts, e-newsletter and promotions

• Identify, Record and report safety concerns, risks, or hazards 

• Liaise with external providers and involved parties as required

• Conduct initial client home visits, intake and onboarding meetings

• Support the development of client care plans and support schedules

• Support leave coverage for our support workers in delivering in-home and community support services

• Support the facilitation of staff tool box meetings and 1:1 staff check ins

SKILLS, QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: 

• Demonstrated experience working in community services and rostering of support workers

• Demonstrated experience in client management systems - desirable is experience with MYP

• Demonstrated understanding of the LGBTIQ+ communities. Members or allies of the LGBTIQ+ communities encouraged to apply

• Certificate III Individual Support or equivalent

• Demonstrated experience in the provision of consumer directed customer-led and person-centred services

• High level of skills in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

• Demonstrated interpersonal skills inclusive of verbal and written communication skills

• Time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks

• NDIS Worker Screening

• Current QLD Driver’s License
