Accounts Payable Supervisor

The Accounts Payable Supervisor is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable function, ensuring the timely, accurate and compliant processing of supplier invoices and payment activities across Boral

Your day will involve:

Leading a team of Accounts Payable Officers in a high-volume environmentConduct regular performance reviews, development planning and coaching conversationsDeveloping and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders (internally and externally)Prepare to be "hands on" to cover gaps in processesLiaising with suppliers to resolve account reconciliation issuesDriving process improvement within the accounts payable function

What we are looking for:

5+ years Accounts Payable experience in a medium to large organisationExperience in leading an accounts payable processing team desirableWorking knowledge of Oracle or similar ERP platformsStrong understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes and financial controlsAdvanced stakeholder management and communication skills
