Parker Healthcare is seeking an experienced Senior Territory Manager - Medical Devices to join our high-performing national commercial team and help drive the next stage of our growth across New South Wales.

We are seeking a commercially driven Senior Territory Manager - Medical Devices who enjoys building long-term customer relationships, introducing innovative healthcare technologies and identifying opportunities to grow strategic accounts across the healthcare sector.

·         Minimum 5 years' experience in medical device sales.

·         Demonstrated success selling medical devices into healthcare environments.

·         Experience managing complex clinical and procurement stakeholders.

·         Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

·         Excellent territory planning, commercial and relationship management skills.

·         A genuine hunter mentality with the ability to identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.

·         Own and grow a high-potential territory across Northern Sydney, the Central Coast and Northern NSW.

·         Develop strategic relationships with clinicians, practice owners, procurement teams, biomedical departments and other key healthcare stakeholders.

·         Identify and secure new business opportunities.

·         Conduct product demonstrations, evaluations and clinical education.

·         Manage capital equipment and consumable opportunities from trial through implementation.

·         Represent Parker Healthcare at conferences and industry events.
