Nurse Program Manager

IQVIA is seeking a passionate and experienced Nurse Program / Project Manager to join our team in a permanent capacity. This is a unique opportunity to lead innovative patient and clinical support programs within a global healthcare powerhouse, making a lasting impact on patient outcomes and service delivery.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

You’ll take charge of the strategic and operational management of assigned programs - overseeing documentation, team performance, client relationships, and the development of new initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
• Generate and present financial and status reports to stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners
• Oversee budget tracking, invoicing, and financial reporting
• Mentor Program Coordinators and foster team development
• Support proposal creation and client presentations
• Drive continuous improvement across programs
• Maintain internal databases and project documentation
• Ensure compliance with IQVIA standards and project KPIs

What You Bring to the Role

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare environments
• Strong understanding of health services and national clinical systems
• Proven ability to manage complex workloads independently
• Clinical expertise in relevant disease areas
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
