Credit Operations Administrator

We are on the hunt for a bright, innovative, creative, customer first people person to join us as a Customer Operations Administrator in a full time role.

About the Role:

The Credit Administrator is responsible for delivering all backend and administrative functions associated with Credit Management Operations.

• Maintain the Credit Management mailboxes and associated tasks.
• Funds transfer and refund requests.
• Action bounced back refunds.
• Disconnection for non-payment and associated tasks.
• Action queries/requests raised by Mercantile Agents.
• Assist with the credit legal/bankruptcy process and associated tasks and enquiries.
• Provide back up support to the Credit Receipting role.

About You and Your Experience:

• Experience/exposure to a Credit Management environment
• Understands the importance of relationship management
• Proven interpersonal skills with high quality written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Self-managing, pro-active, good time management skills
• Goal orientated
• Strong and proven strategic and conceptual skills
• Intermediate MS Excel Skills
