Detailed Job Description

• Experienced Cyara Automation Tester to support the testing and validation of enterprise Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in using Cyara Velocity, Pulse, and Cruncher to automate customer journey testing across voice, IVR, digital, and omnichannel customer service environments. 
  
• The role will work closely with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Developers, and Business Stakeholders to ensure high-quality customer experiences across contact center technologies and integrations.
  

Minimum Years of Experience: 5+ Years of experience

Certifications Needed: None

·       Interact with Implementation / Support teams

·       Provide test strategy, test plan, test cases, and execute tests
