Laboratory/Compounding assistant

The Opportunity

Initially 2 days per week, with the potential to increase to 5 days per week in the near future.

Due to our continued growth, we are currently seeking a Laboratory/Compounding Technician to join our team.

The primary purpose of this position is to fill, measure, mix, count out, label and record amounts and dosages of medications in accordance with the patient prescriptions under the supervision and direction of a Pharmacist and laboratory manager.

Skills and Experience

We are seeking a candidate that meets the following criteria:

• A background in science or food-related fields is preferred.

• Possess excellent communication skills.

• Self-motivated and shows initiative.

• Willingness to learn.

• Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a team within a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrates attention to detail.

• previous experience is preferred.
