Parts Interpreter

The Role

We have an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused, detail-orientated Parts Interpreter to join our team which includes Kia, Subaru, Chery and Nissan.

• Facilitating parts orders of the workshop

• Answering/interpreting sales orders via phone, emails, in-person and internally

• Front counter retail sales

• Interstate and local purchasing and receipting

• Parts order preparation and dispatchment

Skills & Experience

• Ability to take initiative and work in a fast pace environment

• Excellent phone and face-to-face customer engagement skills

• Self motivated with the drive to exceed targets and customer expectations

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Demonstrate initiative with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Experience with electronic parts cataloguing, microcat and proficiency in data entry is desirable

• Experience with ERA Power (ERA Net) will be highly regarded

• Experience in a dealership role is preferred but not essential
