Aluminium Window & Door Fabricator

Edge Glass and Aluminium is an established commercial aluminium/glazing company in Tullamarine currently seeking an experienced Fabricator to join our factory team in the manufacturing of commercial aluminium frames, doors and windows.

We manufacture a wide variety of Aluminium fixed/sliding windows, hinged/sliding and bifold doors, awnings and more for both commercial and residential applications.

Applicants need to possess the following skills;

• Ability to accurately read and understand shop drawings and plans

• Understanding of fabrication of windows and coordination of materials, assembly and production

• Effective liaison and negotiation skills when dealing with suppliers for ordering and supplying of materials

• Understanding, maintaining and implementing Safe Work Practices

• Effective communication with staff and management team

• Excellent attention to detail

• Ability to work under pressure

• Hands on experience in manufacturing of aluminium frames, doors and windows

• Operating power and hand tools

• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time

• Forklift license preferred, but not required.
