Chef – Full Time

All Day Tre Cafe | Carlton North

All Day Tre Cafe is looking for a hard-working, motivated and passionate Chef to join our small, dedicated kitchen team.

We’re looking for someone with a minimum of 2–3 years’ professional kitchen experience who is confident working independently and as part of a close-knit team.

The Role

• Full-time position, approximately 38–40 hours per week
• The role will initially be casual, allowing you to settle into the team and for us to make sure it’s the right fit for everyone
• Minimum 5 days per week, including weekends
• Ability to confidently open and close the kitchen
• Work efficiently and maintain high standards during busy service
• Contribute to menu development and input
• Maintain food quality, consistency, cleanliness and kitchen standards
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day kitchen operations

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has 2–3+ years of kitchen experience
• Is reliable, hardworking and motivated
• Takes pride in their food and presentation
• Can work independently and take responsibility for the kitchen
• Has a positive attitude and works well within a small team
• Is organised and able to perform under pressure
• Has a genuine interest in contributing ideas and helping develop the menu
