Receptionist - Recruitment Function

• Act as the first point of contact for candidates, visitors and employees, both in person and via phone and email.
• Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently.
• Support candidates throughout their recruitment journey and connecting them with the appropriate recruiter or opportunity.
• Perform a range of administration tasks, including data entry, maintaining office supplies, and coordinating interview and induction rooms.
• Assist new employees with PPE collection and induction processes, help ensure they are site-ready and set up for success.
• Support the day-to-day operations of a busy recruitment team.
• Work Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.

• Previous experience in a fast paced reception, administration, customer service, retail or hospitality role.
• Confidence managing multiple priorities and a high volume of interactions throughout the day.
• Exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliability and commitment to being on-site five days per week.
• A positive, energetic approach and the ability to build rapport with people from all walks of life
