Sales Administration Officer

We’re currently looking for a Sales Administration Officer to join our team on a four-month part time casual contract, providing maternity leave cover and supporting our busy Sales Team.

Based at our Adelaide Branch, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves keeping things organised, enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play an important role in supporting our Sales Team and ensuring our customers receive the high level of service Taipan is known for.

This is a four-month casual maternity leave cover position, with an immediate start available. Approximately 25 hours per week with flexible hours.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage and delegate the CRM support mailbox and message bank
• Manage and maintain CRM/CRO call cycles
• Assist with orders and quotes
• Translate and data enter sales quotes for customers & external sales
• Translate and data and enter sales orders
• Prepare agenda and record minutes for CRM Sales Meetings and distribute to relevant parties
• Manage and update Taipan Sales Processes and Procedures
• Manage and maintain the Phocas platform
• Continue to develop CRM software in line with management and business requirements
• Train staff on how to use CRM software

To be successful you’ll need some or all of the following:

• Past experience in Administration
• Communication skills
• Valid full driver’s licence
• Information and communication technology (ICT) literate
