About the role
You can influence outcomes and meet diverse challenges.
This is your opportunity to broaden your experience and perspectives, step out of the confines of a standard project role and expand your scope to work with an interconnected ecosystem of industry professionals.
In this role, you'll:
Be working as part of a team delivering contract reform and transformation initiatives that support more effective, passenger-focused bus services across NSW. You'll help embed new contract systems, practices and operating models across a complex statewide network.
You’ll lead change, communication and business readiness activities for major operational and technology-enabled reforms, driving successful implementation and sustainable adoption.
You’ll work closely with operators, contract teams and key stakeholders to navigate change, build engagement and deliver improvements while maintaining service continuity.
For more information on this position and business unit, view the role description and information pack.
This role is based in Sydney. While hybrid working options are available, project requirements may require you to be in the office up to five (5) days per week at key stages to support successful delivery outcomes.
This role is also fixed term, full time up until 30th November 2027.
About you
Your change management expertise, developed across complex, large-scale technology environments, will see you successfully deliver business readiness, adoption and transition outcomes. You're recognised for influencing stakeholders, building buy-in and bringing people on the journey through change.
You've got experience leading complex transformation initiatives and embedding new systems, processes and ways of working. You're known for building momentum, overcoming resistance and delivering change that lasts.
You've got strong stakeholder engagement, governance and communication skills, with a talent for building support and influencing at all levels. You're adept at navigating complexity, managing risk and turning plans into successful outcomes.
