The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit team as a Paralegal or Graduate Lawyer, working closely with senior lawyers and partners across a busy plaintiff compensation practice.

This role is also open to graduate lawyers who are currently completing their law degree (with a minimum of two years remaining) and who already have relevant, hands-on experience working as a paralegal in plaintiff law.

Youll be involved in matters from client onboarding through to settlement, playing a key role in ensuring files are well managed and clients are supported at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing multiple plaintiff compensation files
• Drafting and preparing legal documents and correspondence
• Liaising with clients, insurers, medical experts, and counsel
• Court filing, diary management, and general file administration
• Assisting with hearing and trial preparation
• Providing proactive, organised, and professional support across all matters

About You

• Minimum 2 years experience working as a paralegal or legal assistant in a plaintiff law firm
• OR a graduate lawyer currently completing a law degree with at least two years remaining, and relevant plaintiff paralegal experience
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team
• Good working knowledge of plaintiff compensation law processes
