As the Director, you’ll oversee daily operations, act as the Nominated Supervisor, Responsible Person, and Educational Leader, and ensure the service provides exceptional education and care. What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Centre Director or 2IC role
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
• Proven success in managing staff performance and service operations
• Knowledge of early childhood frameworks, legislation, and compliance
• Passion for community engagement and supporting Aboriginal children and families

• Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education – ACECQA-approved
• Current QLD Working with Children Check & National Police Clearance
• Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver’s licence
• Eligibility to work in Australia and willingness to relocate to Kowanyama

• 4 weeks’ annual leave + 2 weeks paid leave over Christmas
