Early Childhood Educator

At Dua Early Learning, we are a family-owned and operated early learning centre dedicated to providing exceptional care and education, prioritising each child and providing high quality care. 

As one of the leading childcare providers in Meadowbrook, our sole focus is ensuring that every child thrives physically, emotionally, and intellectually in a warm and welcoming space, dedicated to redefining quality care in Early Childhood. 

As our occupancy continues to grow, we are looking to fill the following:

• a Nursery educator working in our 0-2 yr old room (willing to work Monday to Friday, and have flexibility to work any shifts ranging from 6am - 6pm).

• An Educator working in our Toodler 12 - 2 yr old room (willing to work Monday to Friday, and have flexibility to work any shifts ranging from 6am - 6pm).

In this role, you will:

• Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues

• Implement engaging, play-based learning experiences

• Support children's growth and development in alignment with the EYLF and QKLG

• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive environment

• Work collaboratively with a supportive team in a centre that truly cares

About You:

✔️ Hold an Early Childhood related qualification (or working towards)
✔️ Have a genuine passion for early education and nurturing young minds
✔️ Possess strong communication and teamwork skills
✔️ Have (or be willing to obtain) a Blue Card, First Aid & CPR certification
✔️ Knowledge of the EYLF, QKLG, and NQS is a bonus!
