The Role: 

• Manage a diverse portfolio of business services and taxation clients 

• Prepare and review financial statements, income tax returns and compliance work 

• Provide tax planning and business advisory services to a broad client base 

• Build and maintain strong client relationships across metropolitan, regional and rural sectors 

• Review work prepared by junior accountants and provide mentoring and technical guidance 

• Assist clients with business structuring, tax matters and commercial decisions 

• Liaise directly with Partners on complex client matters 

• Manage workflow, deadlines and client expectations across multiple engagements 

• Contribute to the continued growth and development of the office 

About You: 

• CA or CPA qualified  

• 4+ years' experience within Australian Public Practice 

• Strong technical knowledge across Tax and Business Services 

• Previous experience managing client relationships and workflows 

• Experience reviewing work and mentoring junior team members 

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills 

• Commercially minded with a genuine interest in helping clients succeed 

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
