We are looking for an experienced, driven and professional Supply Chain Manager to join our business at our Colac site.
This is an important position sitting within the site lead team, suited to a motivated and ambitious individual with experience in a similar role and a strong track record of delivering performance outcomes.
Reporting to the Colac Site Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the site’s Sales & Operational Plan, inventory, logistics and production planning requirements. The role will also oversee inventory levels to ensure they remain aligned with budget, while identifying and driving continuous improvement opportunities and initiatives that enhance the customer experience.
With safety as our priority, the successful candidate will ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility requirements and AKD safety policies across the site.
The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the credibility to effectively engage with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will also demonstrate the ability and willingness to challenge existing processes and systems and drive improvements that deliver sustainable business outcomes.
