Service Coordinator

About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Service Co-ordinator at Edge Industries, a leading Construction Services Maintenance company in Banyo, Brisbane. We are looking for a proactive and self-driven co-ordinator to join our team, someone who enjoys organising people's schedules, likes problem solving, all while delivering great customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and schedule daily rosters to field staff

• Co-ordinate subcontractors across Queensland

• Deliver exceptional internal and external customer service

• Ensure jobs are delivered to meet customer KPI's

• Assist with reporting and demonstrate strong software skills

• Manage general incoming quote requests, work orders and projects

• Reconcile and oversee client portals and current client worksheets

• Handle final invoicing submissions with accuracy

• Manage technicians' daily job cards and run sheets

• Upload job details to the web-based portal (Simpro)

About you

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role

• Background in service coordination, scheduling or project administration for construction industry

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and manage priorities

• Forward thinker with the ability to thrive in a high-volume environment

• Strong communication and negotiation skills and initiative taking capability

• Ability to thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment

• Experience with Simpro is advantageous, but not essential
