Welder Fabricator / Boilermaker

We are currently employing experienced, talented Fabricator Welder / Boilermakers to work in our manufacturing facility in Dalby, Qld, with immediate start.

Apprenticeships offered to eligible candidates, including mature age. 

On any given day you can expect to:

• Fabricate innovative machinery

• Interpret and work from engineering drawings understanding dimensioning, marking and welding symbols

• Weld mild and stainless-steel components using MIG, MMA (stick) welding equipment

• Use of various electric and manual hand tools

• Mark out and prepare metal components for cutting, forming, drilling etc.

• Fabricate components from sheet metal to mechanical to heavy structural

What's needed:

• Your Trade Certification (or equivalent experience)

• Your experience with 7axis CNC brake presses (not a dealbreaker)

• Your ability to read and interpret drawings or specs to complete the job

• Experience in both heavy and light fabrication with GMAW
