About the role
Next door, The Charles Bar brings a neighbourhood feeling to the centre of the CBD. A chic all-day dining café and bar à vin sitting next to our Grand Brasserie, pop in for a relaxed lunch, an after-work aperitif or dine with us for dinner.
The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for casual and part-time at commencement, with a move to full-time for the right candidate, experienced Sommeliers who are passionate about service and take pride in tailoring the experience to each guest needs. As a Sommelier, you will play a key role in curating an exceptional wine experience for our guests, offering expert recommendations, and overseeing the wine list.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of wine, exceptional customer service skills, and a genuine love for educating others about wine pairings and regions. If you're ready to elevate our guests' dining experience with your expertise and enthusiasm, we'd love to hear from you!
