About the role
$85,000 per annum depending on experience
Based in our West Perth Office.
Native Title Services Goldfields (NTSG) is the recognised native title service provider for the Goldfields Region of Western Australia. Our staff are a dedicated, highly motivated and team-oriented group, operating in a fast paced, complex and dynamic working environment.
Our primary function is to protect and advance the native title rights and interests of the native title claimants and holders of the Goldfields Region. This includes assisting native title claimants to have their native title rights and interests recognised by the Australian legal system.
We are seeking applications for the position of Future Acts Officer. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and community-minded individual who is looking to contribute to meaningful outcomes for Traditional Owners while building a rewarding career within the not-for-profit sector.
About the role:
Working closely with NTSG’s Legal and Anthropology teams, the Future Acts Officer will support the administration and coordination of future act matters across the Goldfields region.
The role involves assisting with negotiations relating to mining, exploration and land access activities, maintaining effective stakeholder relationships, supporting Traditional Owner engagement, coordinating meetings and consultations, and contributing to positive native title.

Salary package up to $15,899 per year for living expenses that attract FBT, and an additional $2,650 per year for meals and entertainment.
