Established in 1926, Patritti is a South Australian winemaker and distiller based in Dover Gardens. We are seeking a capable and dependable administrator who enjoys connecting customers, sales, warehouse operations and finance.

The opportunity

This hands-on role supports the accurate flow of sales orders, customer invoicing, supplier invoices, accounts administration and day-to-day office activity. Reporting to the Finance Manager and working closely with the Sales team, the successful candidate will help ensure customers receive responsive service and internal processes are completed accurately and on time.

What you will do

•      Process wholesale and domestic sales orders in SAP Business One and coordinate order fulfilment with Sales, Warehouse, Production and Cellar Door.

•      Prepare picking documentation, delivery notes, customer invoices and freight or dispatch paperwork, including accurate batch information.

•      Respond to customer order, delivery, stock and account enquiries in a professional and solutions-focused manner.

•      Process supplier invoices through Traild and SAP, checking invoice details, tax treatment and general ledger coding before approval.

•      Support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, customer receipts, month-end activity and payment runs.

•      Maintain accurate customer, supplier and transaction records while supporting reception, office administration and continuous improvement activities.

What you will bring

•      Experience in administration, customer service and Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable.

•      Strong attention to detail, sound organisational skills and confidence managing competing priorities.

•      A collaborative attitude and the ability to build effective relationships across Finance, Sales and operations.

•      Integrity, discretion and care when handling financial and commercially sensitive information.

•      Resilience, adaptability and a practical approach to resolving issues in a busy environment.

•      Intermediate Microsoft 365 skills; SAP Business One, Traild, manufacturing, wine or FMCG experience will be highly regarded.
