Sales & Operations Coordinator (Apparel & promotional products)

Based in Kingsgrove, Supreme Teamwear designs and supplies premium custom apparel, uniforms, teamwear and promotional products to clients throughout Australia.

We're transitioning from a successful owner-operated business into a professionally managed organisation with ambitious growth plans, and we're looking for outstanding people who want to grow with us.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll become the central point connecting our customers, production team, suppliers and internal business systems.

Your ability to keep customers informed, coordinate multiple moving parts and maintain exceptional attention to detail will directly influence customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and business growth.

• Manage the customer journey from first enquiry through to delivery.

• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers.

• Provide proactive updates throughout the production process.

• Deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations.

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries.

• Qualify opportunities and prepare professional quotations.

• Follow up quotations and nurture customer relationships.

• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.

• Coordinate customer onboarding.

• Gather artwork, branding requirements and order information.

• Ensure production handovers are complete and accurate.

• Liaise with suppliers and internal production teams.

• Maintain accurate CRM records.

• Manage workflow within ClickUp.

• Process routine Shopify and trade account administration.

• Assist with supplier returns and production coordination.

• Support KPI reporting and ongoing process improvements.

• Complete routine Xero administration tasks.

You'll be someone who enjoys taking ownership and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

You'll ideally have:

• 3-5+ years' experience in Client Services, Sales Support, Internal Account Management or Operations Coordination.

• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.

• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Experience using CRM and workflow management systems.

• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• A proactive mindset and a natural ability to solve problems.

• Strong commercial awareness and a genuine customer-first approach.

Experience within custom apparel, manufacturing, uniforms or promotional products would be advantageous but isn't essential.

• $75,000-$85,000 salary + 12% Super, based on experience.

• Annual performance bonus based on clear and achievable KPIs.
