Supporting Principal Lawyer

An exceptional opportunity is available for a graduate lawyer or candidate approaching admission to work directly with the Principal Lawyer of BATEMAN BATTERSBY COMPLETE LEGAL across a broad, multidisciplinary practice. The role encompasses property and conveyancing, business and commercial law, wills and estates, estate disputes and general litigation.

The successful candidate will shadow the Principal Lawyer, developing the knowledge and practical experience required to become a trusted, long-term adjunct to the Principal’s practice and in time develop their own practice. Working collaboratively with longstanding and new clients, they will assist individuals and businesses through every stage of life—from buying, selling, upsizing or downsizing a home to starting, acquiring or selling a business and much more. The Principal is passionate about guiding clients through all of their personal and business milestones and also advises on simple and complex estate administration, family provision claims, deceased estate litigation, and broader business and commercial matters including disputes.

A genuine interest in multidisciplinary practice and serving clients from all walks of life in a suburban setting is essential. This is a long-term career opportunity in Penrith—not a short-term stepping stone—and applicants must be committed to building their practice and professional future with the firm.
