As a Seasonal Casual, you will leverage your warmth, authenticity and genuine spirit to build long-lasting and meaningful relationships with your clients, fostering loyalty and connection whilst making it your mission to exceed your client’s expectations in a way that only CHANEL can.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
 

• Conducting beauty consultations and makeovers for both existing and new clients utilising your excellent knowledge of our creations.
• Advocacy of CHANEL Fragrance and Beauty products to onboard new clients to the Brand.
• Upholding the exceptional in-store experience and image that CHANEL is regarded for worldwide.
• Collaborate with your team, other functions of the organisation and our partners, to ensure seamless operations and experiences.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
 

• Strong interpersonal skills – relationship building and client mindset.
• Knowledge of beauty industry trend awareness and confidence to speak about and apply a diverse range of products.
• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation in line with CHANEL guidelines.
• Flexibility and availability to work a varied roster in line with store trading hours, including regular late-night trading and weekends.
