LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES:   

• Exposure to work on computer operated machines
• Exposure to work with a spray-painting robot
• Opportunities to learn the ins and outs of double and triple glazed windows and doors
• Opportunities to learn how to achieve energy efficiency and bushfire safety
• You will learn about assembly of basic components right through to multi-million-dollar projects
• Possibility to learn about Passive House projects 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Have good of Maths skills
• Be a good communicator
• Ability to take & follow instructions
• Must be reliable
• A willingness to learn

On-the-job training and other training needs are completed in-house, together with Fed Uni TAFE. Paarhammer has manufactured energy efficient windows and doors since 1990 in a modern factory in the Ballan Industrial Estate, and we deliver Australia-wide.
