Enrolled Nurse Casual

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Enrolled Nurse AHPRA registration (medication endorsed and unrestricted)

• Police Check ( valid within the last 3 years )

• Current first aid/CPR

Tasks and responsibilities

• Assisting in wound care, lacerations, burns and miscellaneous dressings

• Assisting general practitioners with minor procedures

• Send ot recalls for test results

• Triage, BSL and first aid for emergency interventions

• ECG,ABI, ear syringe and vaccinations

• Wound care

 Ideal Applicant:

• Flexibility to work a range of days and assist covering sick leave/annual leave

• Excellent computer  skills and electronic documentation experience preferred

• Familiarity with Best Practice software is preferred but we are willing to train the right applicant

• Previous experience 1 + years in primary care preferred

• Familiarity with RACGP Standards for general practice 

• Ability to work autonomously in a team environment, in conjunction with registered nurse and general practitioners
